4ULOC was created in memory

of Lachlan Hornery.

The Hornery Trading Group, est. 2003, is a family owned agribusiness and transport company who have always strived to achieve big things. When founders Percy and Sandra Hornery’s son Lachlan passed away to cancer in 2008 and Percy’s younger brother Gary Hornery passed away to cancer in 2009, the family vision grew, and so did the Hornery Group’s opportunity for impact.

Lachlan “Loc” Hornery lost his battle to cancer in 2008. During his fight Lachlan was determined to make a difference and help others going through the same fight.

Once he passed, his parents Percy and Sandra, brothers Derran, Que and Randall honoured his memory and started to raise money for the Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital, cancer care services. The family wanted to help make a difference to the cancer patients and their families during the cancer treatments. Since then the family has contributed over $200,000.

More than just fundraising.

4ULOC is more than just fundraising. Whilst our journey to make a difference started with our fundraising efforts for the RBWHF, our impact is far and wide. We are committed to helping our community through various fundraising activities.

Our Pink Trucks directly fund cancer care services, our family concert raises funds for the local Moranbah community, and our bottled water helps support RBWH.

Our vision is big, so we are constantly looking for opportunities to grow our impact.

In 2022 we are helping bring to life the RBWH passenger transport vehicle which will help transport cancer patients to and from the hospital for cancer treatment.
